How we deliver
- Certificates, acknowledgements, filed returns and other documents are sent to your registered email and, where you agree, on WhatsApp.
- Government certificates, such as a GST registration certificate, can also be downloaded by you from the official portal.
When work starts
Work starts after we receive your payment and the documents needed for the service. Your expert calls you to collect them.
Delivery time
The time for each service is shown on its page. For example, GST registration is usually approved in 3 to 7 working days after filing. Final timelines depend on the government authority and on how quickly documents and OTPs are shared.
If there is a delay
If the government raises a query or the portal is down, we tell you and handle the next step. You can always check the status with your expert.
