These terms apply when you use corptick.com or buy a service from CorpTick, a brand of Legaltry Technology Private Limited. By using the website or paying for a service, you agree to them.
Our services
We help businesses with registrations, tax filings and compliance work, such as GST registration, company and LLP registration, income tax and TDS returns, trademark filing and related services. The scope of each service is shown on its page and confirmed to you in writing.
We are not a government body
CorpTick is an independent private firm. We are not linked to the GST portal, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Income Tax Department or any other government body. Government fees are paid to the government at actual cost and shown separately from our professional fee.
Fees and payment
- The fee shown on each plan is our professional fee. GST at 18% is added on it.
- Government fees, stamp duty and other official charges, if any, are extra and paid at actual.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Work starts after we receive the payment and the documents needed.
Your responsibilities
- Give true, complete and current information and documents.
- Reply to our questions and to government queries in time, and complete OTP or Aadhaar authentication when asked.
- You are responsible for the business information you provide. We file what you give us after checking it.
Approval is by the government
We prepare and file applications carefully, but approval, timelines and objections are decided by the government authority. We do not promise approval or a fixed date.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any service is limited to the professional fee you paid for that service. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by wrong or incomplete information, government portal downtime or decisions of the authority.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Legaltry Technology Private Limited.
